1. It took almost 7 days before my order was being processed and the item shipped out. I almost thought the Company wasn't interested in completing my order and I had to make a cancellation. 2. The mailing address provided to the courier company (TNT/DHL) was not complete, eventhough I provided the correct and complete address online. Thankfully, I have an app on my iPhone that tracks the delivery and I found out that DHL couldn't make the delivery as the address given to them was not complete. I called the local DHL office to give them the proper complete address before I managed to receive the item. This has just been a terrible shopping experience for me.

Ordered on a Thursday, received the shipment on Monday - very fast! However, when I placed the order, I asked that the order be sent to an address that was different from the billing address. I received the order at the billing address, which worked out based on how quickly it came, but I wanted it to be shipped to where I was traveling for the holidays. Perhaps this was an accident that occurred in my situation, but perhaps double check if you are purchasing as a gift and sending it directly to the recipient.

Cortesia e velocità nella spedizione del pacco, attenti al massimo alle richieste del cliente. Oggetto di qualità molto buona, conforme alla descrizione. Su una scala da 10, voto 11 più ! :-)

Overall it was OK, but the website - despite saying that I did not need one - requested a PayPal account. Customer Service's English was a tad bit problematic.
