Leider wurde unser Einkauf am 31. Januar 2020 mehrfach systemseitig abgebrochen (checkt die Serverlogs!). Als er im 3. Versuch "erfolgreich" war, wurde letztlich unerklärlicherweise nach dem Warenkorb bei der Übergabe in den Versand die falsche Artikel-Nr. verwendet (B.CF006 statt B.CF005) und wir bekamen die falsche Tasche. Leider konnten wir niemanden überzeugen, dass wir nicht 3 Mal hintereinander die falsche Tasche für den Warenkorb ausgewählt haben (die gewünschte hatte lange Bügel zum Tragen über der Schulter, die falsche hatte kurze Bügel und ist daher nicht nutzbar). Darüberhinaus wurde nach Abholung/Rücksendung der Ware auch nicht zeitnah die neue Tasche, die bekannter weise ein Valentinstag Geschenk sein sollte versendet, sondern es verstrichen sinnloserweise 5 Tage und die Ankunft in Hamburg zum Valentinstag ist nunmehr unmöglich! Auf das Angebot sich die zusätzlichen Transportkosten zu teilen oder einen günstigeren Versand zu wählen, wurde nicht eingegangen. Die Versendung der gewünschten Ware wurde bis zur Bezahlung der teuren Transportkosten verhindert. Fazit, Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus, wir hatten einen immensen Mailaufwand und konnten leider den Fehler beim Versender nicht beweisen. Tolle Produkte, leider ein unterirdischer ignoranter "Kundenservice", wir sind sehr enttäuscht und die Freude auf die neue Tasche ist nun sehr eingeschränkt. Ein Gutschein zur Kompensation wäre das mindeste Entgegenkommen gewesen. Bester Gruss -Holger Ganson

Esperienza di accquisto assolutamente positiva! Unico appunto: non mi è arrivato via mail il link per la tracciatura del pacco. L' ottimo servizio clienti é stato però tempestivo nel riscontrare la mia mail di richiesta informazioni sulla consegna, nel giro di pochi minuti. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati! Bravi! Sicuramente acquisterò altro e consiglierò il brand!

Appena effettuato l'ordine ho ricevuto dall'azienda la conferma, in due giorni la merce è arrivata imballata perfettamente. Ottimo, sono molto soddisfatta del servizio e della merce.
