I bought a remote controle for my pellet stove. I have a Thermorossi Thermocomfort stove. The remote does not work due to the fact my stove is from 2016 (manufactured, bought in 2017) and they changed the remote at that time. The website did not mention this, and I as a customer cannot know this. Demarstore refuses to refund the remote. This is not my fault, but Demarstore failed to inform the customers that it is only working for stove's produced as from 2016. The stoves look the same, no changes are made so it is only a technical change of Thermorossi. This is the only internet store that does not allow returns/ refunds. They are not customer friendly and I don't recommend them to anybody. This costs me 200 euro for nothing. Don't buy here.

Gentile cliente, purtroppo come previsto dalla legge europea e indicato anche nelle nostre condizioni generali di vendita tutti i prodotti venduti "su ordinazione" non possono essere resi in quando ordinati appositamente per l'utente finale.
