Cela fait déjà plusieurs fois que je commande et je suis toujours ultra satisfaite. Super emballage des produits, rapidité d'expédition. J'ai des baskets super originales où je suis vraiment bien pour mes journées de boulot ou je piétine beaucoup. Chaussures de bonne qualité qui résistent bien à un usage intensif.Je recommande à 1000%diadora.

Sehr grosse Auswahl. Durch die Filter einfach seine Vorlieben zu finden. Versand und Kommunikation waren tadellos. Alles sehr speditiv.

Personalmente uso solo Diadora come sneakers, le trovo molto comode e alla moda. Brand molto professionale e molto fornito ; acquisti online semplici e veloci.

I was sent the wrong item. When I emailed customer service to ask them to send the correct item they ignored my request and asked instead for me to send the wrong item back for a refund. That's not what I wanted nor do I think it was fair: I would have received a refund for the cost of the goods, but not for the duties I paid to receive it. I would have also had to wait for the new item, and pay the duties for that new item. It was Diadora's mistake -- so should Diadora decide how to make up for their mistake? I think the company should listen to customers and not ignore any reasonable requests for compensation for their mistake.

Although I really love Diadora, I am disappointed when customer service does not respond to me. Due to the delay with part of my order, I reached out but received no reply. Regarding the quality: the quality of the shoes has noticeably declined. I hope Diadora will continue to produce high-quality products in the future, otherwise, I may have to stop purchasing from the brand. Best regards

Personalmente la mia esperienza è stata al top, sia per il prodotto acquistato, sia per la disponibilità del servizio clienti. In poche parole mi sono trovata benissimo dall'inizio alla fine.

I like that there were all sizes available but I don’t like that there are no option to change who it’s shipped by nor payment methods such as Klarna or Afterpay.

Shopping experience was great to which I purchased straight off the online Diadora site, even though I’m waiting for a response for a question I had , overall I know the quality of shoes is the best. I had to return a pair of Diadora cleats the week before at a store called soccerMaxx in maple, Ontario, Canada. The Diadora shoes they sold me said “Diado” on the tongue of the cleats. I was very disappointed with the purchase from this store because it believed to me this was a defective or fake pair of Diadora shoes. Truly disappointed after several complaints with the manager he finally gave me my money back and I purchased my new set straight off the Diadora site.
