Worst online purchase I've experienced. Love Diadora trainers but the DHL delivery failed and chasing a re shipment has been dreadful. Customer service was not able to provides status issues and I'm left out of pocket for over a month.

Ho scelto facilmente il modello di scarpe colore e taglia. L ordine è stato semplice in tutte le sue modalità e le tempistiche di consegna corrette. Purtroppo ho scelto la misura sbagliata ma anche le modalità di reso sono risultate facili. Sono stato aggiornato sullo stato del rimborso e sono in attesa di riceverlo. Sicuramente ci sarà puntualità anche per il rimborso stesso.

There is no escaping the fact that buying shoes from Italy when you live in the UK is a headache. But the ordering and returns process is good and DHL were very quick to collect the return too. There is easy access to English speaking customer service agents via a UK number. Diadora is now, by all accounts making some excellent shoes. It would be great if they could get a UK based distributor. But if not they make the process as easy as possible.

I purchased 4 pair of Mythos from Diadora and I love each one. They are everything that I expected them to be and they are pretty comfortable. Ordering was easy and shipping was so fast, I also had no issue tracking my items. I have about 4 more pair that I will be ordering. I don’t see many people wearing them right now, so that’s a bonus as well. :)
