Transaction was easy and smooth. Shipping costs are too high. Return policy isn't the most reasonable.

When purchasing the first pair of shoes from Diadora, I contacted their customer service to ask a question. They responded quite quickly and provided info which turned out to be accurate. The website is a breeze to navigate, and purchases are simple. One can make purchases as a guest or register. I don't like, however, the fact that, to purchase shoes from the US site, sizes must be selected in EU sizes. The site has a very convenient conversion chart immediately beside the size selection box, but I am spoiled and do not want to bother with conversion. Living in Canada, I am forced to purchase from the US site which incurs an outrageous $29 shipping fee in addition to duties upon delivery. That is my biggest complaint. The products, however, are fantastic!

Amazing customer service , fast international shipping keeping me fresh in America , always extremely happy with every one of my purchases I've received and of course the clothing and shoes are great of superior quality .

It was very easy to order the sneakers online. There were good descriptions and the product/size was available. The sneakers arrived in a very timely manner. I don't think I spoke to anyone during the process so I can't comment on assistance or communication.
