Per ben due volte mi hanno mandato un paio di scarpe fallate e la procedura di reso è stata ridicola paragonata alla “scuola Amazon”. Ho dovuto ricompare di nuovo le scarpe, ripagare la spedizione e ritrovarmene un paio nuovamente fallate. Mi sarei aspettata un paio di scarpe sostitutive gratis senza ripagare le spese di spedizione ed il resto.

Overall it was ok. I ordered a sweater twice and clicked Large size but it came as Large size for kids. I wasted over $100 for nothing. I tried to send it back but it costs over $300 to send to Italy. You guys should have a return center here in the USA.
