Ein toller Schuh, meine Frau trägt normal 37,5-38. Die Größe 38 passt perfekt. Das Material und Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig. Ich weiß von was ich hier schreibe, denn ich bin Orthopädie-Schuhmachermeister und habe den gleichen Artikel seit letzten Jahr.

The return/exchange policy is confusing and difficult. I tried to exchange some socks because they run really big and was only able to return, but did not receive a full refund. Much as my daughter likes the shoes, not sure we will shop here again.

Unproblematischer Einkauf und Bezahlung. Rückversand scheint einfach. Das dieser kostenpflichtig ist, finde ich ok. Kosten sind fair und es wird vor der Bestellung deutlich kommuniziert.
