The ordering process was easy and shipping was quick. I was disappointed with the condition of the shoes. The right shoe was missing the A from the ACBC logo while the left shoe was missing the B and C from the ABCB logo.

The ordering process was straightforward and the product ordered was correct. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the the order was split shipped. The item from Italy arrived in 3 days but the items from California arrived in 7 days. Why does the clothing from Italy arrive on time and the clothing from California a touch late?

Buonasera, recentemente ho acquistato le scarpe modello Atomo “V7000 End”soddisfattissimo già del modello precedente, queste ultime sono ancora più sorprendenti, ho corso e provato molti modelli e marche di scarpe ma la v7000 a mio parere le batte tutte qualitativamente top, calzata confortevole, reattiva, e con una scelta di stile fantastica direi unica. Spero mi portino fortuna per le mie ultime due major marathon. A presto Alessandro

Flawless experience. Trainers dispatched quickly and received within a few days. The trainers are something else. Diadora x Extra Butter S8000 are something else 🙌. Will definitely be using the Diadora Website again.

I purchased N902 alfalfa colour directly from the website. Unfortunately, the colour represented on the photo was not representing authentic colours of the shoes when I received them. Thus, had to return. When I sent the complaint about it to customer service along with photos which clearly showed that, I got “educated” on how colours might change due to different lighting...it’s kind of obvious thing, you know. I have zero complaints on the quality and comfort of the shoes! Diadora is one of the best in terms of comfort and definitely my favourite. Even though, I wasn’t lucky with this purchase due to colour mismatch I’ll try again to purchase another model instead. Would like to note, that I’ve seen real colours of the same N902 model (eclipse colour) and there were no major differences between the reality and the website. Have to admit that for some regions the return policy is quite unpleasant charging you 15€ per return. Be careful and check your region return policy on their website. And if you can buy it elsewhere at the same price (or better) but the return policy is better there, consider buying it from there if that’s important for you. 3 stars for the best shoes no kidding, but 1 star lost due to unrealistic photo on the website for one model and 1 star due to being educated by customer service which was perceived by me not in the most pleasant way.
