Lack of communication with the delivery, emailed them twice with no response until I filled the form on their website, been told that the DHL couldn’t find my adress by not been told until I asked, what if I will not contact you all this time, what will be your action for this? I also paid £25 for 1-2 day delivery, not for 2 weeks - I deserve a refund for the transport.

I'd love if you published the models height & weight within the clothing page. Other than that, fast and great shipping, quality items (the garment of the hoodie was a little bit too sensitive when carrying a backpack, which made the fabric a little bit knotty).

I've recently made several purchases from the Diadora.com website. For the most part, I've been extremely pleased with the clothing. Quality is good and the fit is much better than US domestic brands. However, I've also had to interact with the customer service team a few times. These experiences were less than ideal. My last purchase was divided into two parts for shipping; one coming from LA and the other from Milan. The parcel from Milan arrived on time, however, the parcel from LA was damaged by UPS and was unable to get delivered. Instead of resending the pieces from the LA package, Diadora terminated the order and refunded my money. This wouldn't bother me so much, but they have $149 to get free shipping, which I wouldn't get if I only reordered the missing half of the order. The customer service person was completely inflexible on this and said to respond to the email about the return. Bottom line, the clothes/shoes are good, but pray you don't need to alter your order in anyway... customer service will not help.
