Ci piacerebbe tanto tornasse l'intera produzione in Italia, in Veneto. Sarebbe un vanto. Perché è quel saper-fare che ha reso grande il marchio, che poi unicamente per questioni di cambio e di stipendi ha deciso di portare la produzione all'estero. Male. Perché la qualità c'è tutta, l'originalità pure. Quel che è venuto a mancare è il Cuore Italiano. La mano Italiana. Quella cura che ha reso grande Diadora. L'identità stessa di Diadora. Perché leggere sull'etichetta "Made in Italy" o Fatto in "Italia" è un grandissimo valore aggiunto.

Kundenservice ist spitze! Die Qualität ist auch sehr gut. Nur der Rückvesrsand mit Dhl Express ist nicht optimal.

Shipping seems slow. There is also a lack of communication. I emailed customer service 2 days ago and still have not received a response on order status. When I use the option on the website to track order, it says order not found.

PLaced an order 3rd Feb 2023. Order was expected to be delivered within 3-4 working days, via DHL. Regular tracking checks on DHL platform all week suggested this had not yet shipped. Called Diadora Customer Service today (7 days after order) to be told shipment was still in warehouse due to technical problem. An email to notify me would have been nice. First purchase from Diadora on line. It will be my last.
