Ho comprato un paio di scarpe e una t-shirt. Delle scarpe sono mediamente soddisfatto, della t-shirt no (veste larga ma è corta); quest'ultima l'ho regalata. Ho pagato la spedizione che era indicata 1-2 giorni lavorativi e invece è arrivata dopo 4.

Ci dispiace che non sia soddisfatto del prodotto acquistato. n questo caso le consigliamo di effettuare un reso, se rientra nelle condizioni per poterlo fare, ed acquistare un prodotto diverso. Per quanto riguarda la consegna dell'ordine, Diadora effettua la spedizione dei prodotti ordinati a mezzo Corriere Espresso (DHL o UPS), indicativamente entro 24/48 ore lavorative dall’avvenuta accettazione dell’ordine. La consegna avviene generalmente entro 3/5 giorni lavorativi (i tempi riportati per il ricevimento della merce sono indicativi). La preghiamo di contattare sempre il nostro servizio clienti nel caso in cui necessiti di tempistiche particolari di consegna.

Abbiamo elaborato la guida taglie sul nostro sito in modo da poter facilitare l’individuazione della propria taglia, ciò nonostante può capitare, sebbene di rado, che alcuni modelli calzino in maniera diversa rispetto allo standard. In questo caso è necessario rendere la taglia sbagliata e acquistare quella corretta, il nostro Servizio Clienti, sempre a disposizione, può darle assistenza.

I finally found a tennis shoe that had all of the qualities I was looking for in a tennis shoe. After wearing another brand for years, I decided to try a pair of Diadora Speed Blushield 5 Mens All Court and was blown away with how comfortable and durable they were. This shoe has definitely been helpful with supporting a nagging achilles problem I have. I purchased 3 pairs of this model and now that it's been upgraded to the BLUSHIELD TORNEO AG, I'm excited to see how it will perform.

my comment has nothing to do with the (quality of the) shoes. I am very disappointed by the way they treat online sales. called the helpline to be sure about the size. I do already have heritage shoes size 45. and was confirmed to take same size. logic... paid 13€ for transport. size is not good, have to return shoes and guess what. Diadora charges me return transport costs again. this is against all common sense, could have ordered 2 pair of different sizes, send one back and be better off. never again!

We want to inform you that all our shoes fit true to size and we recommend our customers to purchase their usual size, however different shoes might be slightly smaller, or bigger. Please note that you will get refunded for the shipping fee being that you are returning 1/1 item of the order and the return fee information can be found in our return section.

DIADORA = DIVINE i received my brand new football shoes and thankfully the quality remains as top as the good old days! thank god Diadora did not change! YOU cannot find such shoes in the market. I had DIADORA football shoes before but suddenly they diaspperared from the market. Now that i found the online i will not buy any other brand again. i wish just there would be a little bigger variety but even with these i am happy. thank you DIADORA. GOOD TO HAVE YOU AGAIN! YOURS DINO
