Franchement, il faut être motivé vu le service proposé. Mon produit : pas de problème, il est très bien. Mais quand il faut faire un échange de produit : la bonne galère : pas d'échange possible de taille / il faut recommander et attendre le remboursement / DHL un bazar sans nom avec que des liens en italiens et un service mail qui répond beaucoup trop tard (et encore une des réponses n'est jamais arrivée) sur les instructions. Franchement, il y a plus simple de nos jours.

Not satisfied with the process but love the products. One of the shoes was too tight but the return process is too difficult and expensive. Called the diadora help desk and they had very little idea on most things. Not a pleasant experience. I want to buy more shoes but will not as a matter of principle

After two years being Diadora customer online I'm still satisfied about the quick service. Delivery runs fast. One thing that I'm disappointed about is the measures about the sizes. All the way long I always wear euro size 41 in Diadora's. Ordered two times in a row two pairs in same size. Both styles are familiar to me. Two times it was too small. Now I'm not sure anymore to order size 41.
