Honestly I had very little hassle with my order, I was lucky because the city I live in happened to have the same model of shoe so I was about to try on and know the fit, feel of the shoe. The actual ordering was very fast as it came from Italy in about a week or so which is great. The only issue I have is that it wasn't clear that I needed to pay import fees to my country (Canada) even though the pricing was in USD and the listing mentioned it included VAT, however even then I had a good overall experience

This is my first purchase with this brand. I love the heritage style of the shoe I purchased (Equipe Mad) and looking at it, it seems clearly built to last. The sizing does seem off to me. I am a reliable 41 in European sizes, my US size translated to a 42 in this brand, but even in a 42 the shoe still feels somewhat small. Deciding whether a half size up is going to be too much. I’m afraid it’s actually the width and not the length that’s influencing me. Maybe I’m in between sizes with this brand, which would be a bummer because I love the shoe! Shipping was fast and easy to track.

La qualité pour pour les produits « Heritage » et « Made in Italy » est bien au rendez-vous ! Chaussures très confortables. Les sur-vêtement taillent un bon peu grand. Si vous êtes entre 2 tailles, prenez la plus petite. Dommage que les prix soient un tantinet élevés .

Quick delivery even though coming from Milan to the UK. A beautiful pair of trainers(B.Elite H Italia Sport), soft and wonderfully made. I could probably have gone a further size up as they're snug but I can't wait for a return. Highly recommended!

Sono anni che acquisto Diadora equipe sempre dello stesso numero e mi sono sempre andate tutte bene come misura. Questa volta, ahimè, come fossero di un numero più piccolo, cortine e strettine. Mettibili ma non comodissime e confortevoli. Non so come comportarmi per i prossimi acquisti.
