Always like buying from the Manufacturer itself. Gives me the feeling I got the latest and greatest. Love my new Diadora heritage as does my wife. So will definitely buy in the future. Delivery was ok, not markets standard within 1 -2 days, however the way it was shipped was great and felt premium. That is what a good brand does in my opinion.

I love Diadora shoes and never had a problem with ordering until recently it has been a nightmare. I got a 15% off coupon to use, so I ordered 4 pairs of shoes with it. Added the code in my 'shopping bag' and showed almost $40 discounted for the promo. Clicked check out and entered my CC # and noticed after I checked out the discount code disappeared and I paid FULL price for the entire order! Contacted customer service and even showed them a screen shot of my discounted orderd and requested to be refunded the 15% and they basically told me shoes were already shipped they couldn't do anything about it. So it felt kind of like a bait and switch - I wouldn't of ordered 4 pairs normally without the discount. Because of their web site glitch they would not refund me or credit me the 15% off, beware of your cart at checkout I learned the hard way. A company should stand by their products and honor the code they provided me

I have ordered a few times from diadora and love their trainers. They are comfortable and trendy and now my sister is also hooked. My last order I put through very late at night and I immediately regretted buying it so I followed with an email within 5 minutes saying I would like to cancel the order. Unfortunately they said they couldn't but their returns are free so I should just return them. As I live in the UK it is a little more complicated since Brexit and I would have preferred to avoid returning. Anyway I have 2 more trainers in my basket so it won't stop me buying me more
