There is no indication that unisex shoes have to be ordered in men’s sizes. Two pair out of three of my shoes arrived in men’s sizes. I have to return them now, wait for a refund, then repurchase them in men’s sizes. The coupon I used in the first order gave me 15% off which I cannot use on my second order. So basically I won’t be reordering the shoes at a more expensive price.

Dear Customer, thank you for your review and for your time. In our size chart, all men's sizes are considered as unisex, as the same product cannot be classified in both size ratios. By the way, our Customer Care is already taking care of your case with an extra coupon.

Capi di buona fattura. Consegna super veloce. Unica cosa da rivedere leggermente sono le tabelle per scegliere le taglie che non sono precise... anzi. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Really pleased with the speed at which orders are delivered, and how quickly returns are handled when necessary. Product so far has been great quality. Sizing / fit recommendations and size chart is not totally accurate in my opinion and is what caused our returns / exchanges.

I love Diadora shoes, and wish they were sold in more local stores. My 2 pairs of shoes arrived even earlier than they were supposed to! I wear an 8.5 in other Diadora shoes, and one pair fit perfectly, but another was too large (by almost a full size). Both pairs were women's shoes and not unisex, so this was disappointing. The return process was great in that someone came to my door to pick up the shoes, but the process of setting up the return was not simple online. I will definitely continue to order from them, as they are my favorite shoes and with the exception of a few pairs, I can't find them locally.
