My shopping experience was something everything was smooth and processed in a timely matter only complaint I have is a tracksuit I ordered was advertised as all purple but the bottoms ended up being black it threw me off a little because all the other pants I ordered were black as well but I was trying to switch it up either way it’s alright other than that the quality was good shipped and delivered in timely fashion thank you!

This is my second pair of Diadora. I'm a nurse and on my feet a lot. I've tried other sneakers (that's what we call them, not sure why 😂) and they were great but I remember walking in my Diadoras the first time and literally thinking I felt like I was walking on a cloud. My feet didn't hurt after long days or long walks. I'm loving my second pair as well. I tell everyone about my Diadoras. I'm so glad you're making running shoes (sneakers😆)!

Je recommande sans problème ce site qui est vraiment fiable. J'ai commandé le 16/08/25 une paire de chaussures de foot que j'ai reçu au bout de 5 jours avec le transporteur DHL. La taille ne m'allait pas je les ai donc renvoyée et j'ai été parfaitement remboursé sous 8 jours. Simple et efficace ! Anthony

Ovviamente la qualità del prodotto, la velocità, la precisione nella consegna e la facilità nel fare un reso. Not very good. I ordered a pair of shoes and immediately wanted to cancel it to order a different pair of Diadora shoes. I called and nobody answered and so I sent an email immediately. I then called Diadora customer service the following day. Despite the fact that the shoes had not shipped, the customer service agent told me that emails are not immediately reviewed and that there was no way to cancel the order. I received the order and tried to refuse it to return to sender but the UPS person dropped it on my front step. I took the box to return to sender with UPS and the box was returned to my address. I now have to open the box and pay $7 dollars to return a box that should’ve been canceled with plenty of time.
