I have been a Diadora fan since the early 90's, buying tennis gear since then (shoes, shorts, shirts, wrist bands, track suits). One of my favorite shoes were the Boris Becker rebound ace and was very excited to see the re-release in the original colors. I went in and wanted to place my order for my size, 7.5, a couple months ago but at the end the system said the size was not available. I clicked on the "let me know when the size is available option" but never got any type of response or communication. Finally, 2 weeks ago I saw that the size was available again and ordered them, together with another pair of shoes (melody leather) and a Diadora utility jacket size M. After placing the order I received an e-mail saying that my shoes were not available in the size so they would not ship and I'd receive a credit for that charge but that the rest of the order would ship. I replied asking to please let me know when the size became available again but never received a response. This Thursday I finally received the package with the Melody shoes and the jacket. The shoes were great, the jacket was too big because they shipped a Size L instead of Size M. I checked the invoice in the order inside the box and it does say Size M for the jacket, so their shipping department or order fulfillment department made a mistake sending me the wrong size. I proceeded to return the jacket and frankly I was expecting that the policy would have the item ship in the right size but I saw during the return process that the policy is to just cancel the order and return the money 30 days after they receive the item back and verify that it's in good shape - which in this case it is because I only unpacked it, tried it on, saw that the size was wrong and repacked it in its original packaging. By the way, the Rebound Ace I wanted and didn't get are still showing available on the Diadora site on the size that in needed:7.5 I wrote their customer service team an e-mail explaining the above but I have not received a response. This has not been the first time I contact their service team with a question/complain and not hear back. I think the Diadora online shopping experience falls awfully short from being positive and I don't see myself using their online shopping option anytime soon.

buongiorno purtroppo scrivo solo ora per impegni di lavoro. Purtroppo le diadora rave nylon le ho indossati nella sera del 24/10/2020 e dopo due ore per entrembe le scarpe si sono scollate le punte.chiedo pertanto il rimborso di quanto pagato. non le ho più messe da allora.seguirà mail.alego foto.grazie. renato brentan - como

j'ai commandé ces chaussures modèle 1984 vintage ! magnifique cuir, magnifique finition, très confortable, on a l'impression d'avoir des chaussons et elles sont très belles ! je les recommande.
