I am, as always, a very happy customer at Diadora. The products are great, very good materials, every item is TopNotch. The same for the easy website to use and the fast shipment from Italy. No kidding......my heartrate goes crazy when i see the mailman drive into my street and stops in front of my house. I come back again DiaFam.

Going to have to score down on the shopping experience this time. Package arrived quickly but have an issue with one product: Equipe Suede SW flint stone/blue nights. When I opened the box, I got a distinct smell of damp from the product. Have aired them for a few days and the smell is fading, but you might want to check where they are being warehoused. There’s no visible sign of damage, just that unmistakable odour, so thought it worth drawing to your attention.

It may seldom happen that some styles fit differently from the standard, but if this happens for all the products you have ordered, then you might have selected the wrong sizes. In this case, please refer to our Customer Service, that can assist you for the return of the wrong sizes and the shipment of correct ones.
