Gros problème avec DHL!!!! Très compliqué pour recevoir le colis et alors le renvoyer n'en parlons pas cela fait une semaine que j'essaye de le renvoyer l'enfer, toujours pas réussi. Je pense que j'ai dépensé au moins 50€ de téléphone avec DHL .... Change de transporteur une catastrophe !!!!!!

I love the variety of products available. However, I am reminded of why I am not fond of online shopping. I bought some slides in my usual size, and it runs small. Now I have to do the hassle of a return or giving it to a friend or family member whose feet fit!

I have 2 recommendations: Firstly, Diadora should remind customers that an international customs charge will be added to their card upon purchase. Secondly, for the socks, having sizes "S,M,L" is unclear. Upon receipt, I noticed that my size medium was actually a European foot size of 39-40 (thus, too large for me). I recommend Diadora to actually include the shoe sizing to make it easier for the customer to know how small/large the socks may be.

Dear Customer, thanks for your remarks, we really appreciate any recommendations that might help us improving our services. Unfortunately, customs duties must always be considered when you purchase from outside the European Community, as it is clearly specified in the paragraph "Shipping & Delivery". As for the socks sizing guide, you are perfectly right and it will be our care to have this included at soonest.
