Some of the shoes are great. The website is slow, navigation lacks detail and customer service is also slow. Diadora has good intentions, but the standards of website navigation lags behind the industry. I may or may not continue to purchase their products and will pursue other shoe manufacturers to explore their products to avoid the frustration of dealing with Diadora’s website.

Very happy with overall experience. Placed the order using standard delivery and trainers were delivered within7 days . The trainer are exactly as described really good fit and look excellent on. Would definitely order again directly from Diadorra. The only down side was that I had to pay £20 for delivery this is because they have come directly from Italy and the extra cost since Beexit…!!
