Bestellen is makkelijk en artikel word snel geleverd. Retourzending is makkelijk om te doen. Jammer als er iets aan korting staat en je wilt ruilen dat dit niet mogelijk is. Moet je steeds meerdere maten bestellen wil je zeker zijn van je korting.

I did not receive what I ordered, the company wanted me to pay to send back the wrong merchandise! I went to order the correct item it was out of stock!!! And to order something else I have to pay another $39.00shipping fee!!!

I enjoyed my shopping experience with Diadora. The item descriptions are accurate. The products were shipped quickly and well packaged without the use of plastic. My only problem is that my items did not fit correctly and there is no exchange policy. Shipping is very expensive and my only option now is to return everything and repurchase the products. I did receive a discount with my order, so it would be a shame to have to turn around and buy the products again at a higher price and pay another steep shipping fee.
