I like Diadora but the size can change sometimes. For this I have to re send the material, I Belgium you need to pay for this.

I ordered the shoes online. I chose the size following the instructions on the website (measuring the foot with sock, etc.)... The chart with the measures turned out to be completely wrong. I had to return the shoes and the shipping costs are not refundable; 13 euros to ship and 13 to ship back... not a great deal.

The sizing guide in our web site has been elaborated to facilitate the detection of one’s own size, however it may seldom happen that some styles fit differently from the standard. In this case the only option is to return the shoes in the wrong size and order a new pair in the correct one. We understand your point and our Customer Care will take contact to offer assistance.
