Shopping online was easy, however getting the shipment was quite troublesome, being delivered by DHL, traveling to 2 different post offices, and then having to go to DHL to pick up the actual package, very inconvenient. Also, there are no accurate shipping updates

Products of excellent quality, I have several products and I am always completely satisfied with the quality and durability, before receiving my orders by UPS and I notice that it was much better service than DHL, but it is still good

Satisfacción absoluta. No envian a las Islas Canarias los pedidos siendo Canarias un lugar dónde viven y trabajan muchos italianos. Espero que solucionen dicha circunstancia.

My shopping experience was kind of a nightmare. I had to make three different orders because they kept sending me the wrong size shoes other than what I ordered and I had to reorder the shoes without getting refunded for the mistake then having to wait to be refunded and on the final order they still sent the wrong size. I will keep them because it is too much of a hassle. The really should work on this problem.

Diadora sizes have been elaborated based on international standards and the sizing guide in our web site has been elaborated to facilitate the detection of one’s own size. The main size shown on shoe box label is the UK size, but the US size is also shown next so if you ordered in US size you will receive the correct size although the first number shown on the box label is half size smaller.

Sono da anni cliente Diadora. Prodotto eccellente. Per la prima volta ho provato ad acquistare sul sito. Stesso modello e taglia. Purtroppo alla prova la scarpa arrivata è risultata piccola. Mettendola a confronto con quelle che porto attualmente, nonostante la taglia fosse la stessa, la suola delle nuove scarpe è risultata in effetti essere decisamente più stretta. Devo dire che sia il servizio di consegna che quello di reso sono risultati rapidi ed efficienti. Credo però che vista l'esperienza tornerò all'acquisto in negozio. Cosi potrò provare prima dell'acquisto.
