I recently ordered two pairs of trainers and a pair of joggers from Diadora. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but knowing the items were coming from Italy, it made sense—and it was definitely worth the wait. The quality is excellent, they fit well, and everything looks and feels great. Really happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately 1 of the 2 orders was incorrectly delivered. The shoes in the box had the wrong color despite the label on the box described the correct color. We sent also an email to the customer service department (to report the error) .. it takes too long to obtain a clear answer.

Ho ordinato delle sneakers ma arrivate erano totalmente diverse da quelle sul sito. Chiesto il reso e dopo 4 gg non so ancora come procedere con il reso, resto in attesa di una loro e-mail di conferma.

Ho ricevuto il pacco in Romania con molta difficoltà perché il modulo d’ordine sul vostro sito non riconosce i codici postali romeni. Non sono riuscito a inserire l’indirizzo corretto di consegna e, per questo motivo, il pacco è arrivato molto tardi.

Very satisfied with my purchase of the blue Diadora Mythos. The quality is really excellent, with great finishing and solid materials. They are also very comfortable from the very first wear, which is quite rare for new shoes. On top of that, I was able to get them with an excellent discount, making the purchase even more worthwhile. Great value for money — I highly recommend them.
