Purchasing and shipping were easy but, although there was a price in Canadian dollars, there was no clear mention that import rights would be added on top of shipping and sales taxes. The final cost is offensive. Having known, I would have passed.

Shopping experience was good, though navigating the site could sometimes be a bit difficult. On some occasions, when I tried to use multiple filters, the website would experience a glitch where I couldn't scroll to see the filtered items. Additionally, I think that the search for shoes could be more streamlined (instead of having different displays of the same shoe type but with different colorways, it may make more sense to organize by shoe type, and then show the additional colorways after someone clicks on the shoe design they like).

Le 4 stelle sono per il prodotto che per me sono anche da 5 stelle( compro anche dai rivenditori autorizzati le scarpe da running ). Ho trovato però il call center non da massimo voti per attesa , caduta linea e laboriosità per il reso ( ho dovuto cambiare numero…della diadora ogni scarpa ha una calzata differente)e rifare l’acquisto.
