Mein Sideboard wurde beschädigt geliefert. ArredaClick weigert sich, den Schaden zu beheben. Angeblich lägen Transportschäden in meiner Verantwortung - obwohl dieser erst am Ende der Montage nach Entfernen einer Schutzfolie sichtbar wurde. Nach über 20 E-Mails ohne Ergebnis habe ich nun meinen Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet. Schade, ich bin sehr enttäuscht von ArredaClick.

Guten Tag, unser Kundenservice hat sich als verfügbar erwiesen, indem wir in Ihrem Fall Lösungen vorgeschlagen haben. Leider bestätigen wir Ihnen, dass kein kostenloser Ersatz über die Versicherung vorgenommen werden kann, da Sie das Sideboard montiert haben und daher nicht beurteilen können, ob der Schaden während des Transports oder der Montage entstanden ist. Die Versicherungsgesellschaft hat unsere Nachfrage abgelehnt. Ein Foto vor der vollständigen Montage wäre ausreichend gewesen, um die vollste und kostenlose Unterstützung zu erhalten. In der Mail zur Autorisierung des Versandes erinnern wir unsere Kunden nochmals deutlich an das Verfahren, gerade um Sie davor zu schützen, deshalb haben wir so viele zufriedene Kunden. Genau deshalb hat Ihnen ArredaClick vorgeschlagen, den Korpus des Sideboards zu einem sehr reduzierten Preis und kostenloserVersand zu ersetzen und eine Gutschrift des Wertes der Struktur in Form eines Gutscheins. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie enttäuscht sind, wir haben immer zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit gearbeitet und auf all Ihre Emails prompt geantwortet.

Very satisfied from arredaclick. They were there to provide assistance and resolve all issues. Also they communicated at each step to inform for every update. They seem to care for the customers and provide good service.

Overall I'm very pleased with my experience and my product. The only complaint I have is that I had no notification of delivery. It still said it was awaiting dispatch on the website when 2 men turned up and delivered it, so it was lucky I was home at the time.

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the carrier did not call you one day before, we are aware of the importance of that and this should not have happened. We ship weekly through all Europe with furniture specialised carriers and I can assure you such inconveniences are extremely rare. That said we contacted the carrier promptly to understand what happened in your case and avoid such occurencies in the future. Ordine pagato il 20-06 e ricevuto il 10-10 nonostante i tempi di consegna previsti fossero di 6 settimane. La libreria è arrivata integra con qualche problema che è stato risolto quasi completamente.

Quand nous avons passé la commande, le service client s'est tout de suite aperçu qu'il ne pourrait pas nous livrer, dans notre petite ville aux rues étroites, avec un 35 t. Il se sont arrangés pour nous livrer avec un petit camion, moyennant un supplément de prix bien sûr. Logistique transport parfaite et super produit : bibliothèque au top !

Ottima scrivania robusta e molto pratica soprattutto per il rivestimento del piano antigraffio ed antimacchia; il montaggio e' stato semplice ed abbastanza veloce grazie alle semplici e precise istruzioni, da solo ho impiegato circa 45 minuti; la misura scelta e' perfettamente adeguata alle mie esigenze, ottimo prodotto, complimenti.

Il pacco è arrivato nei tempi stimati, nonostante fosse agosto e l'assistenza ricevuta in fase di preacquisto è stata più che soddisfacente. Infine l'appendiabiti acquistato è molto bello e rispondente a quello visto in fase di acquisto, inoltre è molto solido e di ottima fattura
