In principle everything was fine, the item arrived as ordered in perfect condition. Even after prior contact, it was reported that the item was not in stock and still had to be ordered from the manufacturer, therefore a slightly longer delivery time. Just a little information about the likely delivery date would have been helpful. Overall good!!!

Order and delivery went smoothly. The product a Forni outdoor cooking station is excellent, with high quality finishes and good design. The different names of the companies involved (order with Easycasa, shipment by Video Abruzzo) was confusing, but it worked out all right.

Pessima esperienza ! Ho acquistato un prodotto che mi è arrivato evidentemente di seconda mano e con telecomando non funzionante. Lo restituisco e mi viene spedito un secondo prodotto. Purtroppo ,anche se imballato meglio ,anche questo era evidentemente di seconda mano e con dei problemi di usura e funzionamento. Trattasi di un climatizzatore. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque il venditore. Ho acqistato un prodotto nuovo ma non era tale…
