Not even sure what to say, I bought something on 2025/01/30, at the time of purchase it was written 5 working days delivery, somehow they said that the jacket will be delivered end of Feb, no exact date, no confirmation, really weird experience.

Good morning, as written in the product sheet and on the cover, the Croski jacket is a pre-order and will be delivered at the end of February as written before payment.

Ma fille a choisi un pantalon de ski de compétition , car il était avec un zip sur les côtés (pour enlever le pantalon et le mettre en compétition sans avoir à enlever les chaussures de ski) et le colis présente un produit sans fermeture éclaire avec zip sur le côté. Donc il faut enlever les chaussures de ski en compétition entre l'entraînement et le passage en course. A presque 300 euros le pantalon c'est une grosse déception. On ne retournera pas sur ce site.

Sono un cliente da diversi anni per l’abbigliamento sci e lo scorso mese ho acquistato gilet e protezione schiena e avendo necessità di cambiare taglia mi è stato chiesto con toni arroganti e senza alcuna comprensione il reso a mio carico e siccome la spedizione costava poco meno del gilet mi sono tenuto il capo sapendo non potrò utilizzarlo. Pazienza! Sicuramente non acquisterò più nulla! Servizio post vendita scadente!!

Ordinato un capo che e’ arrivato nei tempi previsti ma il prodotto arrivato era diverso da quello ordinato ! Avvisati ma più risentiti!

My recent experience with your online store was extremely disappointing. While I appreciate your products, the online shopping process felt like a scam. The issues I encountered include misleading pricing for shipping, poor customer support and lack of clarity in the refund policy. For example, I had to pay custom fees when the goods arrived in Switzerland (more than 20% of the order!) and when I had to return it I found out that the custom fees are again at my charge. Considering the amounts, I abandoned this idea and I am stuck with a ski apparel that does not fit me. The customer support was blunt in their communication and did not make any effort to acomodate the situation. But they wrote to reprimand me after they saw my review. These issues made the process frustrating and untrustworthy, and I no longer feel confident purchasing from your online store.

Worst experience ever. I was sent an item which did not match the description. I paid customs fees to receive and return the item. On top of everything I had to pay for return shipping. Overall I would not recommend to deal with this company
