Family run business, one of the sons helped me while I shopped and took the time to explain their process of hand making the jewelry. It is beautiful, authentic, and the only place in Venice to buy your cameo jewelry.

I visited Eredi Javon at the Rialto Bridge, I was told it was a must-visit shop for a first time visit to Venice. I found a beautiful necklace for my Mother, she absolutely loved it! I highly recommend the quality of the products and friendly craftsfolk at the shop!

After reading his reviews I went to Venice to meet Marco & Eredi Jovon and to have a cameo made of my niece and her new baby. When I received it all I could say was Wow, wow, wow! This beautifully carved piece went beyond my expectations. He worked patiently with me on the sketches and added some pretty flowers and composed the cameo so it fit the shell. I had him thin down her lips and make minor changes on the first proof and when the finished piece came it was outstanding and even better than the photograph.. He pays attention to detail and wants to make sure you are happy. This is a very unique one of a kind gift that makes a big impact. Would highly recommend.

The most beautiful and rare cameos are sold here and the family is a delight to visit when I go to Venice! The pieces that I have purchased at Eredi Jovon are among my favorites. It's well worth seeking them out on the Rialto Bridge and spending time selecting heirloom cameos and other treasures
