Overall I was very satisfied with the shopping experience. The only (slight) negative is that it arrived with a sheet of ?comments or instructions which were in Italian so we're difficult for me to understand. Given that I ordered in English and unfortunately don't understand Italian fluently, I have not been able to read this sheet.

This was a purchase for a friends birthday. I was unsure what to get and the online support and guidance was excellent. The gift, a pendant and matching earrings arrived within 5 days of placing the order, which was amazing. The quality was great and my friend was over the moon! Thank you for a good, pleasant, rewarding experience. I would highly recommend.

Excellent communication and very fast international shipping - I felt like a highly valued customer. I wish the cameo was larger as it is much smaller than I expected, but it is still beautiful. Very high quality craftsmanship.

Bought this charm for a friend's birthday. We are travelling to Venice shortly and wanted her to have a little present to remember the trip. The charm is really lovely and I am really tempted to get one for me once I am there! Cannot fault it, the delivery was quick and definitely would shop there again.

Very friendly personal service, I would visit this shop again. We were advised against buying the product we went into the shop for and bought a very similar piece made by the owners family, in Italy rather than a mass produced piece probably made in China. So we feel we have something much better and it was cheaper too.

Get to know about Eredi Jovon thru Trip Advisor. Very happy to have bought a pendant during a holiday in Jan 2017. Workmanship is good but limited designs. Hope they can have more designs and price range in future. Service wise is ok but can be improved, esp to make customers feel more welcome even though some are just browsing around. Overall, satisfy and will definitely buy again!
