Riguardo l'acquisto tutto ok, ma riguardo il prodotto non mi aspettavo che le credenziali me le spedissero loro. In genere le credenziali se le sceglie l'utente e il venditore spedisce solo il codice per l'attivazione

Mein Kauf einer Adobe Acrobat 2020 Version war schon ein kurzes Erlebnis zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Der Download mit der Lizenznummer, nach dem Kauf, war schnell erledigt, nur bei der Installation hat sich mein Betriebssystem etwas bockig angestellt. Nach Rücksprache mit einem Service Mitarbeiter war dies aber schnell erledigt und die Installation und Registrierung bei Adobe verlief ohne Probleme.

Molto veloce. Ho ricevuto sia il codice che le informazioni su come scaricare (da sorgenti ufficiali) e installare il sistema operativo. Seguendo la guida ha funzionato tutto molto bene. Ho anche avuto qualche dubbio e il supporto clienti mi ha risposto velocemente (e risolto il problema).

The product shipped did not match the product code given. After several attempts to fix the problem ESDcodes stopped trying to fix the problem and there was a pause in communications. I had to go to the credit card company to get a refund. After some time went by ESDcodes offered a refund back to my credit card and the situation was resolved. They were very polite and apologetic about my experience. Customer service was slow at times, but they did finally respond to achieve a resolution. If you purchase from ESDcodes you should make sure you have the product that matches the product key.

Alla fine siamo riusciti a venirne a capo nella attivazione di Windows 10 Pro. Probabilmente colpa del server Microsoft in tilt i primi giorni dell'anno. Però la mancanza di un contatto diretto telefonico è una gravissima carenza. Comunque dopo il 5 Gennaio attivato regolarmente. Se non attivano un contatto telefonico non comprerò più nulla da loro.
