The product shipped did not match the product code given. After several attempts to fix the problem ESDcodes stopped trying to fix the problem and there was a pause in communications. I had to go to the credit card company to get a refund. After some time went by ESDcodes offered a refund back to my credit card and the situation was resolved. They were very polite and apologetic about my experience. Customer service was slow at times, but they did finally respond to achieve a resolution. If you purchase from ESDcodes you should make sure you have the product that matches the product key.

Alla fine siamo riusciti a venirne a capo nella attivazione di Windows 10 Pro. Probabilmente colpa del server Microsoft in tilt i primi giorni dell'anno. Però la mancanza di un contatto diretto telefonico è una gravissima carenza. Comunque dopo il 5 Gennaio attivato regolarmente. Se non attivano un contatto telefonico non comprerò più nulla da loro.

From order placement links supplied promptly. Initial attempt to download files in evening failed at about 1.3gb. Possibly Due to demand during that time. Tried again next morning and successful download. Installation was problem free. License code code accepted and all activated. Office 2024 no longer has Publisher, but few use it now anyway.

Velocissimi ad inviare il codice perfettamente funzionante. Purtroppo il link di download non funziona. Dopo aver sentito il supporto Esdcodes mi hanno rimandato sullo stesso link che a me non funzionava. Probabilmente il download di un file di 6 gb può generare problemi. Ho risolto utilizzando la procedura on line di Microsoft.

Ho acquistato la Licenza triennale di Autocad 2024. In realtà ero molto diffidente, ma mi sono ricreduto dopo aver scaricato il software direttamente dal sito Autodesk italia ed aver proceduto all'attivazione direttamente dal sito ufficiale inserendo la mia mail che ho registrato in fase di acquisto su Esdcodes. Acquisterò in futuro da loro tutto ciò che sarà possibile.
