I had a very disappointing experience with Esdcodes. I purchased 30 individual lifetime licenses, but instead, I received volume licenses, which was not what was advertised. Communication has been slow and unresponsive, making it extremely difficult to resolve my issue. To improve, I recommend: 1. Clearly specifying the type of licenses being sold. 2. Responding to customer inquiries in a **timely** manner. 3. Providing **accurate solutions** instead of prolonged delays. I hope Esdcodes takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Following the checks to see if my computer was compatible for the software, it seemed it was, so I paid and downloaded the required software, which all worked fine. However, once downloaded I found that I waisted my time because after downloading it then said my computer was not compatible. So my experience until that point was good, I'm not happy that I have software that I'm now not able to use.

Ho acquistato un pacchetto office, ero molto scettico, mi è stato inviato il file di installazione ed un codice di attivazione che però risultava non valido a seguito di eccessive installazione. Scrivevo alcune mail per segnalare la cosa e mi è stato inviato un nuovo codice funzionante

Mi è stata mandata una licenza per office 2024 non attivabile. Ho provato a fare presente il problema via mail,via whatsapp e dal sito senza avere risposte in giornata..dopo aver chiesto rimborso a paypal mi è stata inviata una licenza funzionante .ho già mandato recensione via mail perché il servizio assistenza 24ore è sicuramente da migliorare. Alla fine comunque ho avuto la licenza acquistata.
