Simple purchase pro ess, and excellent instructions received quickly. Install via method 1 (MSoft) appeared to work, but after reboot icons did nothing. Tried Method 2 (iso), and worked perfectly. For some reason, the MS link tried to install Office 2019 AND Office 365, I think this caused the conflict (this is an educated guess!). Overall, a very good service and price and one I would recommend.
