Aucun service après vente ????? Vous m'avez envoyé une version pour Windows alors que je suis sur MAC . Je vous ai envoyé deux fois le probleme et je n'ai jamais reçu de réponses. Site ESDCODES absolument à éviter.

L'esperienza di acquisto è andata bene per un pò. Poi, quando ho dovuto reinstallare Microsoft Office PP LTSC "quello con licenza a vita" così viene venduto, ho perso tutto ciò che avevo guadagnato tramite questo sito. Ho cercato inutilmente di riscaricare l'installer di Office tramite il link che mi era stato fornito neanche una settimana fa. Da quel link ho potuto scaricare solo qualcosa che non funzionava e non era il software del quale avevo acquistato la liocenza"a vita" si fa per dire.. Dulcis in fundo non mi è neppure stato possibile più entrare nel mio account ed acquistare eventualmente un'altra licenza (neppure ho ricevutyo il link per cam,biare lòa password di accesso che risultava sbagliata (grande balla. conservo tutte le password in una specie di cassaforte).

On software applications, the description includes "Mac" but it does not stand out very well and can blend in with product description. I am stuck with a $170 charge for software I will never use now. Don't use this site.
