I asked them please don't just say OK bye, when I asked for an order status update. I spent almost $700 on your store order # 307341 tell me where my order is! so they said they updated the shipped order to actually shipped. I checked the DHL tracking information and the package says item in Italy for the last three weeks. They lie, they say they ship and no shipping just look up this tracking number on DHL and you will see how much they lie!!!DHL tracking 4601395411 Order #307341. They refuse to give me back my money or order the item these people are dishonest business people be careful they lie so badly it is ridiculous!!! Just look @ the DHL tracking number you will see they are trying to cheat hard working people out of their money. Worst company in the world I hope you go out of business you lying cheating people!!!!!!!!!

Tutto perfetto consegna in 48 ore tuttavia il servizio web sia telefonico che via mail andrebbe migliorato perché nel primo caso risultava sempre non disponibile e tramite mail poco chiaro relativamente alla spedizione !

A differenza delle volte precedenti, l'ultimo acquisto mi hanno fatto attendere otto giorni prima di spedire e dopo diverse telefonate e mail di sollecito. Senza fornire spiegazioni hanno poi spedito l'ottavo giorno. Spero non succeda più.
