A great classic minimal styled stem without all the logos. Have it on three of my bikes.

Great shoe overall. Sole is stiff enough to use SPD cross-country style pedals without feeling the cleat through the insole, and the single BOA closure works fine for my foot. The fit would be even better with two closures, but it's ok with the single. The asymmetric shape accommodates thick and thin socks without a problem. I do wish there was a little bit of either texture or 'structure' on the bottom of the mid-foot part of the sole. If I miss my cleat when restarting on a steep hill, I'm used to being able to pedal a stroke or two with the pedal under my arch until I can make a second attempt at clicking in. The sole under the arch on these shoes is so smooth, hard, and slippery that it's almost impossible to keep your foot on the pedal if you miss the cleat. Not a deal breaker, though, considering how functional and comfortable these shoes are otherwise. Fit: I have narrow, flat feet, so it's difficult finding shoes that fit reasonably. These Overcurve X3s are narrower than typical shoes targeted at the USA market, but they're not crazy narrow. I can use them with the minimalist factory insoles, but there's still room for my chunky arch support insoles. Really intelligent design for the way the shoe closes. I can crank the closure down with thin socks or leave it wider for winter socks, and both work without looking or feeling weird. The toe box is much narrower than typical American shoes, so keep that in mind if you have wide forefeet. Sizing: To get a comfortable fit, I had to add 13 mm to the length measurement I got when using the printable sizing guide. And yes, I followed the directions and printed it at 100% with no scaling, cut away the excess paper, and set it precisely against a wall. The guide claimed I was a 42 (270 mm), which seemed way small since I wear a 43 or 44 in most other brands. Because Fizik offered free returns, I bought 3 sizes - 43, 43.5, and 44. Glad I did, because the 44 was the one that fit. Return was surprisingly easy, considering I had to ship them from the US back to Italy. Other than needing to find a DHL drop off point, the return was painless. I am tempted to buy a spare pair, because I'm afraid the style will be discontinued in 8-10 years when these wear out.

Original concept but early days to evaluate over time

Love the shoes. Looking good and feel nice for biking and walking.

Got it and rode a 25 mile ride. Was a little too high and it caused a sore under my sit bones. I lowered it a half inch and rode 75 miles and had no issue, even with the saddle sore still there. Fingers crossed this will help with the sores I was getting with my leather saddle before.

I have been riding on Fazik saddles for two decades. I love their products and fast delivery. I highly recommend the Antares Versus Evo R3. Might be the best saddle I have ever owned.

Toll verarbeitet, ABER : katastrophale Retouren- Abwicklung. Leider passt der Schuh nicht wie beschrieben und nach der Tabelle, trotz der Specialized Body Geometry Sohlen, schwimmt der Fuß ab dem großzehen Grundgelenk etwas zu sehr.
