Fizik Shopping Experience Review This review concerns my search for my next road shoe (and selection) now that my Sidi Genius 4/5 and Giro Prolight SLX road shoes have finally worn-out beyond their service life. I purchased three pairs of the Vento Omna Wide model in my anticipated size range so that I would be able to choose the most comfortable size from the three. The two pairs not selected would then be returned. The reader should note that my use-case (and price point) has slightly changed since my entrance into road racing/training, and cycling of 2009. What I liked: 1. The ease by which I searched and found the needed "wide size" road shoes via Fizik's webpages 2. The multiple options of shoe models available namely style, color, and features. These models all had many feature combinations leading to flexibility in choice, which was quite pleasing. 3. My customer service representitive expertly and professionally guided me throughout the purchase/sales conditions, shipping/return, and sizing detail required for this important road shoe component of my use case - I could not be happier in this regard. What I disliked: (none found) The following notes ONLY regard the Vento Omna Wides themselves (and rightfully) should be placed in its own review with its own star-assignment rating. What I noted that might/could be improved: 1. The integration of a replaceable heel cap, like I enjoyed with the Sidi Genius line. Road surfaces will over time, grind away any heel or toe tabs molded into the sole 2. Optional insole(s) and arch support inserts like I enjoyed with the Fit Kit of the Giro Prolight SLX line. Shoe "fine tuning for use case" is important after purchase (and over time). The shoe is also important as one of the three contact points between the rider and the bike. 3. Last, beneath the removable insole and across the gray liner material I found small lumps of (somewhat excess "oozed") hardened adhesive that were rather sharp. I was able to remove the excess without too much difficulty. I had noticed their presence when I first put the pairs on for fit.

Fast, next day delivery was fantastic! Offer a wide fit in their mtb shoes is a total game changer in terms of comfort as well as being able to size down to my normal shoe size.

I live in San Francisco, California, so ordering internationally is already a process which may take some extra time. But especially during my country's illegal tarriff period, I suspected I would have many more problems. But I did not! Fizik got my product to me in an amazingly fast period of time, with no extra charges (unless it was built into the purchase price, which is fine). Honestly it was as fast as some local US online purchases I've made. I was extremely happy to do business with Fizik (again!), and I will continue to make purchases directly. Thank you!

Tempo Aliante R3 Adaptative. Superb saddle, excellent level of comfort and position on my gravel bike. Rather expensive but it's worth it

Always satisfied with Fizik products and service. While I haven't ridden on new Arione 3D saddle yet, I've tested (with and without short) and pressure points feel great. I've ridden the classic Arione for 20 years and am looking forward to getting out there... More to come!!

Actually I only have one improvement in the process of selecting shoes. I carefully followed the instructions to pick the right size. But ended up buying 5 pairs in 3 rounds to end up with 1,5 size bigger than the instructions made me pick in the first place. All the rest was all great.
