Shopping for good shoes online is hard. The Terra clima x2 looked right for me from the description and pictures, but with no retail options to see it in person, the only way to try was to buy. From Italy. It worked out well. Good quality product that met my expectations. Good shipping. Only problem was sizing. These shoes were 1/2 size small after using the sizing chart from the web site. After a full return of the first pair with good shipping taken care of by fizik, and a new order with the correct size, I now have what I wanted.

sehr schneller Versand, Rückabwicklung total problemlos, jedoch hat es nicht geklappt das meine Bestellung im online Konto sichtbar ist. Das ist schade, denn dann hätte ich mir das anlegen vom Konto auch sparen können.

Amazing winter shoes! For me i can be confy with these in 4 degrees celsius (39F) below that temperature i put on a shoe cover. It’s works well in the wet the feet are dry. It can be small for wider feet be careful! I have bought this shoes one full size up.

First time buyer and now a long term customer :) fizik was extremely helpful in the exchange process. I was in search for that Goldilocks fit and they made it happen. I chose the TERRA ATLAS SPLASH (black/purple splash). Beautiful, we’ll made, and extremely comfortable.

I was extremely impressed by how quick my order shipped, and the the delivery time. I ordered on Tuesday and the order was delivered on that Friday (Boston, MA, United States). Maybe all the stars aligned for once. . I don't get that level of service is the US unless I pay for 2nd day, shipping was free, amazing. I was hesitant to order from Italy (International Order) but it was worth it. The gravel saddle, 'TERRA ARGO X3' is great and I could not find in in the U.S. I don't usually post reviews, but this experience deserves a well done! Very Satisfied! I

The shipping was sent to Texas and not Puerto Rico. That delayed the time of delivery.

Great shoes :) Had some issues with the fit reccomendation. My feet are ≈ 276mm long and 107mm Wide. According to the size chart I would be 43-43.5 in size but this was too tight and a 44 was perfect in size. it feels like you should measure your fot and then add 6-8mm in lenght to get the perfect fit. The shoe is comfortable and performance is brilliant. Thanks Fizik
