Ordering from the website was quite simple and easy. I don't have a local Fizik dealer, so I was not able to try on the shoes before ordering. I was happy to see that you offer free returns within 15 days; I would not have ordered the shows without knowing about Fizik's return policy. Ultimately, the shoes were too narrow for my feet, so I am returning them.

Are you kidding me?? Asking me for feedback but won't answer me in the problem with my purchase. Only half of my orders did make it to my house. The things are nice but it would be nice to first help me and then ask for my opinion about you

My experience with Fizik was very positive. The shipping & returns process was a breeze. Unfortunately the shoes are too narrow for my feet.

Purchased the Tempo deco shoe, poor quality materials. The first ride my toe touched the wheel at significantly low speed while waiting for a traffic light. This causes the external toebox materials to rip causing significant damage Contacted customer service, who advised me this was normal and not a warranty claim, and we're in able to provide advise of how to stop the hole in the material from spreading I would expect discolouration at this type of contact, however not the material to fail, especially on a £300 shoe. Will never purchase fizik again.

The Tempo Overcurve R4 Wide could be the most comfortable shoe I've ever put on my feet (including trainers). Plus an unbelievable deliver service... I ordered to ship to Ireland from Italy late on a Wednesday evening and they were at my door by lunchtime on Friday. 🤯

The shoes are the wrong size. I sent an email requesting to exchange for a smaller size and have had no response for a week. Awful customer service.

I bought cycle shoes directly from the website. I had a previous pair of Fizik shoes that fit great. Apparently the fit has changed, the same size shoe is too loose even with the BOA cranked down so tight that it hurts (I'm assuming they made them narrower). It's only an issue while pedaling, so I didn't know until I mounted cleats and used them for a short ride. It was a bit tough to get in touch with customer service, but once I did, they offered a free return even though they were worn for a ride. I appreciate that level of service.
