I was able to place and pay for an order for an out of stock product. This was very frustrating as I was looking forward to receiving my order. The refund however was prompt and straightforward.

Website was user friendly, but the shipping estimate was off and unfortunately I was delivered a faulty product (the screw hole is stripped therefore I'm unable to mount my cleats). I submitted a quality and contact form 6 days ago but haven't heard back, which is disappointing.

Good purchase experience, however i don't like the product (saddle) and no option of returning it after used for a ride.

It was easy to buy. Customer service sucks. Emails not returned for over a week. Trying to return something and the system broke and now won’t let me return it and customer service does not reply.

I really wanted to be happy with these shoes, but the fit is soooo narrow and causes awful pressure points. Used, so cant be returned, and now I am out $300 on unusable shoes. Will be buying shoes elsewhere in the future, as you offer 1 true "wide" shoe in your offering. With as many people as have gotten into cycling over the past 5 years, you'd think a brand like Fizik would be more open to producing wide offerings in their popular lines.
