Mi è stato comunicato che l'ordine sarebbe stato consegnato in ritardo, a causa di un eccesso di richieste. Ho chiesto spiegazioni all'assistenza clienti ed avendo già programmato un viaggio ho chiesto che le scarpe venissero consegnate quanto prima. L'assistenza clienti è stata molto professionale e gentile, tenendomi costantemente informato sullo stato dell'ordine. Per quanto riguarda le scarpe, le Terra Ergolace X2, dono assolutamente fantastiche. Comode e pratiche. In estate non fanno sudare il piede. Attendo di privarle durante la stagione fredda.

absolute unprofessionalism, I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month, they have not been delivered by the carrier. I wrote to them twice through the contact form and no response. 5 stars for the cycling shoes I purchased! But 2 stars because of the complications with shipping and not being able to get in contact with customer service. I used the pre-populated address field for shipment (which incorrectly placed US numbers at the end instead of the beginning of the address) and when DHL handled it, they accidentally cut off a digit of the address, leading to another destination. Now I’m trying to return the second pair of cycling shoes and I can’t process the return form because it’s saying the address is incorrect. I’ve emailed fizik twice and DM’d them on Facebook twice and haven’t been able to get in touch.

Costumer services is second to non. My interaction started with a miscommunication which was fixed super fast. The costumer service representative gave me all the alternatives to fix my problems and provide solutions. Even tough I am not keeping the product due to a sizing issue (my problem when measuring) I can't be happier with Fizik. I strongly recommend them

Overall the fit of the shoe is great out the box. The insole however is super thin and I can feel the hole in the footbed where the cleat mount dips into the footbed. There is only a single layer of tape covering the hole and not much to help. Going to have to find a better insole to make the shoe more comfortable. I think there needs to be more attention to putting in a more better insole to cover the hole in the footbed. I'

The Vento Anteres R1 saddle is light weight and very comfortable. I've taken it on some long rides and have been very satisfied. The customer service at Fizik was at the top. Moira in customer service was able to handle my questions and solve why I reached out to them with patience and the most kindness.

First sending of product was delayed by one week, but that was not an issue. However I ordered pair of size 43 shoes. I tried them on and they felt great! I installed cleats and then noticed that right side shoe was size 44... I did not ride with the shoes. Then I send you inquiry that how should we proceed. In a way I left cleat installment marks but you delivered wrong size right side shoe... I'm still waiting for your reply that should I send these ones back or only the wrong sized one or what would be the corrective actions to get me what I ordered. I would love to have pair of 43s!! Product quality seems to be spot on!
