I ordered the correct replacement part according to your advice from your website and it was incorrect. Very poor service and cost me £20 will not use you again.

I DID NOT GET MY ORDER, I reached out to customer support and they said that it is expected to be here in 5-7 days, it is day 10, the item shows in the warehouse near me. for 7 days now. I don't know whom should I reach out for checking what is the problem with the package.

Appalling returns process, I had to threaten legal action before they would answer me. Plus I had to drive miles to return the shoes, and needed a printer for the return. Also the shoes had a bump under the ball of the food that made them unwearable.

With reference to the fit, the 'bump' you felt under the ball of the foot is actually a technical feature of the Fizik Vento Stabilita. More specifically, it is an integrated carbon arch support designed for maximum power transfer. Nevertheless, we understand that technical fit can feel different for every cyclist. As for the returns process, we can confirm that your refund has been correctly processed on our end. Please note that refunds are managed by banking circuits and can take several business days to appear on your statement. Such a process is unfortunately beyond our direct control. Our returns policy, including the need for a printer and the use of specific drop-off points, is standard for international shipments to ensure the package is tracked and safe. I ordered this on the 13th I’m still waiting on the order. I reached out to the company and received no response. Don’t buy they don’t support your orders at all. Now I have to fight this order with the credit card company.
