Really easy shopping experience. The saddle I wanted was ordered (apparently from Italy) on a Wednesday evening and delivered on a Friday morning, communication was clear. Great service. Oh, and a great saddle, too, thanks!

Love my Fizik cycling shoes. Amazingly comfortable even during Ironman training and the race!!!

Shoes fit great and are not overly narrow like most Fizik shoes. The shoe is very comfortable for casually wearing to and from the trail and the sole is very grippy for when the trail forces you to dismount and walk. They would earn 5 stars if the soles were stiffer (they are way more flexible than I expected) and the rubber on the soles is placed to close on each side of the cleat mounts. This takes most all of the float out of your pedals. I had to trim the rubber back

I am satisfied with the speed of shipment and delivery, and the product. However, I tried to make a return of an item that did not fit and have received no correspondence back, despite several attempts to contact Fizik.

Hey! I bought a pair of Terra Sumpinsumpins (the grey/lavender/turquoise colorway with the trick lacing system). I could not be happier. The last fits my footshape - plenty of room in the toe-box too. They're light enough and stiff enough and easy to walk in. I'm an above the knee amputee (left side) and find much more control, confidence and power if I can clip in on both sides (using a prosthesis, of course). I ride a very fast, very cool vintage steel road bike and use the bike and shoes mostly for ripping around town and running my errands. I also ride a cargo bike for my humanitarian project, see: meandmymirror.org and will certainly be using these shoes for that enterprise once the health situation improves. I had a pair of Giros at roughly the same level and they proved to be a bit spongy in pedal-feel and not very durable at all; the FIZIKs look much more promising. The fizik tempo shoes are great cycling shoes. The shoes definitely help when cycling. However, I noticed that I develop pain on my midfoot after a long ride.. Additionally, on the store, I could only purchase a red and white version of the shoes because all other colors were out of stock. Other than that, I am generally satisfied with my purchase.

I recently bought the new Fizik adaptive saddle and its fantastic. I liked it so much after an initial testing period of 3 months, I ended up buying a second one for my indoor bike. Advantage: The variable softness zones offered a huge benefit for long rides. As well it was suggested to review my saddle height when moving to the new saddle and overall, it made an appreciable difference to my overall riding comfort. Disadvantages: High friction areas of the saddle tend to discolor slightly but this in no way affects the functionality. Rating: I would rate it as 5/5
