Frankly, I am disappointed with fizik’s customer service. I had a coupon code that I obtained through Strava and it had just expired. I asked about renewing it so I could make a purchase. I was waiting because my bike shop initially said they would get the saddle and then said they couldn’t. Still not sure why they couldn’t order it but I could. Either way, my customer service experience was unsatisfactory. I wish they would have been more accommodating.

Very comfortable and ’airy’ shoe, a kind of air conditioning vents which cools off feet in heat. I sized up a half size..

The product was delivered quickly and seems to be of good quality, except that one of the screws for attaching the LINK is broken, so I cannot use it.

I ordered a 3D printed replacement saddle direct from fizik and it arrived from Italy within days, much quicker than many local UK suppliers so really impressed with their service and delivery. The new saddle was a like for like in terms of make and model (fizik Arione) but the new one has carbon rails which I now know are a different size and shape to my existing saddle which has standard round rails. This isn’t mentioned on the website so worth a bit of research to make sure it’s compatible if you’re thinking of upgrading. As a result I haven’t been able to fit the new saddle yet although sourcing a suitable replacement clamp was fairly straightforward and should arrive in the next day or two.

Shopping experience was fine but the information on the handlebar tape I purchased was misleading. I bought two color 2 mm tacky tape and assumed the two colors would be uniform throughout the length. They weren't and it was difficult to install in so that both sides were similar

I began having issues with pain in my feet due to mountain biking. I began researching to see if there were shoes made specifically for MTB and was impressed with what I saw with Fizik. Ordered two pairs, one with Gore-Tex and one without. I have only had them a short time but am already impressed with the quality and the difference they make. Wish I knew about them a long time ago
