Fatto sia acquisto che reso, il primo gestito immediatamente e consegnato dopo 2 giorni, ho dovuto restituirlo per taglia sbagliata. Procedura di reso semplicissima, trascorsi 2 giorni dalla consegna del pacco presso un punto di ritiro UPS avevo giá l'intera somma accreditata su PayPal. Comprerò ancora. Consigliato.

Great product but it's impossible to.get a hold of customer service. The contact form on the website seems to not work. I requestsled a return, the page crashed, I never received the return label, no reply from customer service and if I try to start the return process again, it won't let me

The web site is easy to use. There is plenty of data on each item (I was looking for shoes) to make a wise choice. I have three pairs of Fizik shoes and four saddles. These are quality products that fit my needs as a cyclist who ride 10,000 miles a year. Highly recommend the products and shopping their site.

The Shoes: I replaced my 9-year-old Fi'zi:k shoes (yes, they lasted that long with over 20,000 miles). I went with the Fi'zi:k Vega Carbon, and they are nothing short of phenomenal.
