Size chart on the site is completely off. I have measured my foot and double checked, yet the size I got is completely off. I have no way of returning shoes since I left Germany and now I just have expensive small shoes

I’ve purchased several items from Fizik, most recently, mountain bike shoes. I’m consistently blown away by (1) how good the Fizik shoes are (style, quality, comfort) and (2) how quickly an order is fulfilled and shipped. First the shoes. Fizik has such a cool, modern style that I really love. The quality and fit of the shoes are top-notch. Ordering is a breeze and the package was shipped a day later, cleared customs, and was received in a few days (Italy to the east coast of the United States). Incredible! I have ordered stuff from many US based companies that took much longer. Lastly, their return policy is generous, and the process is super easy. That’s an important factor for me when considering making a substantial purchase. Highly recommend Fizik products and their service!

As a user of fizik, I already own more than four pairs of top-quality fizik lock shoes. However,this time my shoes were delivered to the UK, it was clearly stated that no additional duty would be required. However, you and the courier company did not communicate clearly about this. I was still asked to pay a large amount of duty, and then I communicated with your customer service, who said it was to help with the processing. But up to now, there is still no result. I need to contact DHL myself. It has been so many days, and my package is still stuck at the courier company because I haven't paid the duty. This was a very disappointing shopping experience.

You are correct: shipments to the UK do not require additional duties, and these charges should have been handled by us. Due to an error by the courier, the duties were incorrectly requested.
