TERRA AIDON X5

I bought a Fizik Terra Aidon X5 settle for my Trek FX5 double suspension MTB. Although it is intended for trail, I ride XC for long mountain routes. I went through out routes of more than 70 kms without noticing any pain because my settle. The Fizik Terra Aidon X5 worth all the euros I paid for it. It's super comfortable and allow move legs and position on it with no problem. I recommend it for long routes and for climbing in your rides. Also downhills, it is very reliable as it is not sticky and you have free movement on descents. I had a Selle Italia Model X before, which was intended for XC and racing. nada más lejos de la realidad, it was the worst settle I had, I couldn't make even 20 kms without noticing how painful it was that Selle Italia. Pretty but useless. I gain a lot with my new and stylish Fizik settle.

Tempo Bondcush 3mm Tacky Les Classiques

Nice tacky feel to this tape. Thicker so it absorbs some of the road vibrations. The design is great also because you don’t have to obsessively clean it all the time.

Terra Atlas

More relaxed than the Terra X5, same issue with the thing flimsy tongue however. Slightly wider than the Terra X5 as the material seems more relaxed however still too narrow for wide feet.

Terra X5

Great shoes, stiff sole and a very good BOA system. Tongue is very thin and flimsy, tends to slide around a lot. They were too narrow for my feet, It would be nice to have a wide options for gravel/MTB shoes.

Substantially more upper material than other wide shoes in their line. Good for high volume feet but lower volume cause the tongue to scrunch up.

Antares Versus Evo R1 Adaptive

I immediately noticed a difference with the Antares versus evo R1 adaptive saddle! Improved airflow between my legs and soft ride. I rode for 105k/65m for my first ride on the saddle. Impressive technology! Thanks Fizik!

PROS - Material sounds good. - Light shoes CONS - Short straps force me to use these shoes very tight. Uncomfortable. - Insole should be more softy. - Position of the holes it's different for other brands (3~4mm more forward), and using Shimano SPD cleats, the head of the screw block you the make a easy clip.
