everything is ok with my purchase except the light on the helmet seems cannot hold battery life.... it supposed to work for 90 hours but only seems to work for 2-3 hours in total... every 2 days i need to charge it the shoes and the rest of the helmet is as intended but the light is a major drawback.... should i sent a separate email with this complaint?

I am really satistied with the items I ordered. The wide toe box of the shoe fits perfectly. For the 3D saddle, I just used it once for 40miles and it felt good. Need more time to break-it-in. Overall, excellent product. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Was shipped to wrong address, the wrong state. Further. I sent note you had wrong address and you ignored. Would have been 9th Fizik saddle over 15 years. How do I get credit card refund. ?

I am very satisfied with "FiZiK" products. Your products are very nice. However, I had to return them because the width of the shoes was too narrow for me. Nevertheless I know that you offer wider shoes. Next time I will choose them. Regarding Shipping & Return, all is fine and I really appreciated your seriousness and your professionalism.

UPS m'indique avoir livrer le colis à "Bouxwiller" et rien de plus comme indication. Cependant j'ai demandé la livraison chez moi au 5 rue du fossé, Ingwiller, 67340. Impossible de contacter UPS correctement pour ce genre de problème. Le SAV est un robot qui me fait tourner en rond. Je n'ai donc pas reçu mon colis.

Your chatbots suck. Useless. Could not get quality help. Your website is misleading when it says to get customer service and you cannot connect with a real person. From the last time I purchased a product to now you have gone down. Makes me wonder if it worth buying any more Fizik.

AWESOME SHOES!!!!!! After try a lot of wide shoes (Lake, Shimano, Bont....), finally I´ve found the PERFECT ones for my "strange" feet. Super quality, comfortable, great looking....F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C!!!!!Thanks Fizik!
