Tempo Overcurve R4 Wide

I have wide feet, which means I usually size up on length to get the right fit. These fit great out of the box. It's nice not to ride with my feet bound and cramped.

good fit and well constructed. I find that the boa dial doesn't hold it's position so it loosens over time, the tongue construction also slides to one side and the pattern should be extended so the tongue wings don't hang up on the eyestay. The upper materials are nice but i find that they do not hold up to low branches and rocks, the material scuffs easily and tears. The shape of the heel counter and foam package is awesome and I like the little detail with the welded grips on the inside. I have noticed however that those grips give me hot spots on big long rides, especially with more climbing involved.

Gravita Tensor

right out of the box, the boot fit and functioned perfectly. It held up on the fastest of descents and stayed comfortable thru the climbs. The vamp was roomy enough to allow my feet to swell during the day but was not loose enough that i lost foot control. The hard bumper on the toe box kept my toes from getting dinged up with flying debris and the outsole traction was solid yet has a softness to it that it felt comfortable on quick hikes. I would definitely buy this product again.

Transiro Hydra

Not fit. Just came back from a 15 mile ride. Too tight in the toes and too loose in the heel. I measured a 44 for the width. Do you use a woman’s foot for the mold? Women tend to have a wide last as I do and a narrow heel. These shoes are designed for a man’s foot. I ordered a woman’s shoe. I could not return per company policy. Also while a single strap is a good concept for transition this one is too long. It got caught in my chain, luckily, I was on an indoor bike. I needed to trim at least 2.5 cm to stop that from happening. I thought maybe I could use them just for training rides but my foot pulls out or the shoe on the upstroke found that out today. Added time to my ride. More than I would save in transition. The shoes are useless to me. Maybe a 42 or 43 would fit better but don’t want to invest more money in this product. Concept is great execution of design for women is not. Very disappointed. Not recommend for women.

Tempo Decos Carbon

Great shoe. Real stiff. Typically wear a 43 in other brands, but followed the recommended sizing and went with 42.5. It feels good, maybe a little small but might be better once I beak in the upper. Not sure what the size 43 feels like but I assume there would be a bit too much room for a cycling shoe.
